International Men's Day
Studies indicate that men are less likely to seek help for mental health issues, which can exacerbate feelings of isolation, depression, and anxiety. By highlighting "Positive Role Models," International Men's Day 2024 aims to challenge these stereotypes, presenting examples of men who prioritize wellbeing, adopt healthy coping mechanisms, and are not afraid to seek support when needed.
