Effective Communication During a Crisis

The impact of the crisis in Ukraine has implications for the whole world, with possibility of a significant change to the geopolitical map of Europe; therefore, it is important to be considerate of all countries and their cultures and how they are coping with the current crisis. Communication is a significant success factor in any relationship, particularly when trying to support others. However, cross-cultural communication can be complex; it can sometimes be difficult to understand how others speak, communicate, and perceive situations. This session will explore how everyone can practice effective cross-cultural communication.
