A few more details

  • Employees and their household members (10 years or older) are eligible for a selected number of free counseling visits per issue per year.

  • Your visit will last about 45 minutes and you can set up a future visit if you need one.

  • When you have completed your EAP sessions, you may continue to see your online therapist.  Check with your health plan for coverage and deductible information.

Confidentiality: No one will know you've called EAP unless you give them permission in writing in accordance with federal and state law, and professional ethical standards.
